I'm Colleen Carswell, a seasoned business strategist, integrator and speaker with over 17 years in hospitality and corporate sales. As a fractional chief operating officer, I've collaborated with diverse organizations, from marketing agencies to tech startups to health coaches. Together we've optimized funnels and workflows, created marketing campaigns, migrated systems, documented processes, and launched challenges, courses and books.
